If you don't know, ask for a staff member to tell you and wait until they respond, then once you know, write up an actual appeal and post it here. Also attempts at proper grammar and punctuation will really help you be unbanned.
Type it into word document first and use the spell-check function if you must to make it easier on the eyes.

You were banned for swearing back in January.
