i was banned and i don't know why i was never banned before and i have no clue what to do

Probably banned for being inpolite. Then again, I could be wrong. Ask a staff politely and they will tell you.

For a start, you shouldn't be taking the tone "unban me" on a Ban Appeal.

Secondly, it would appear you were banned for griefing certain pathways.

i hadent talked sence my last waning so its not for my cusssing and i have no idea about greiffing

TornadicManiac IS staff, and he says you were banned for greifing, meaning you greifed (tore down something that was not yours without permission). Staff members don't ban people without concrete evidence first, so if the logs say you were banned for greifing, then you were banned for greifing. They wouldn't tell you it was for something you didn't do.

The staff have logs of everything you've ever done on MineRealm, so there is no point in lying about something you've done.
Also, if you let someone use your account then you are still responsible for what is done with it.

I also found a railway you griefed.
