I would like to know if i am banned, why? if not then i dont know why i cant get in the server.

Now does it say that you're banned or that you're not white-listed? A little reading can go a long way. There are some server issues going on right now so a white-list has been enacted.

It says that im not white listed.

There's your answer, mate. Wait a bit. Creep around the forums. When the server's sorted, you'll be able to get back to doing whatever it is you're wanting to do.
