It has absolutely nothing to do with today, you have been speaking inappropriately since the last month or so(you also avoided the filter), and have disrespect players and harassed as well. You would have been banned sooner if it was looked into quicker.

Also why did you create a new forum account?

As for being playful in chat, I would have stopped if I was given any warning. I promise it won't be a problem again if unbanned.

There's a fine line between playful and harassment and you stepped over it on many occasions.

Also being warned by the server over and over for inappropriate language is no excuse to avoid the filter, or to do it whenever the threshold passes. You swear often enough and staff notice you will be banned just as if you said it twice.

I thought I was on the right side of playful and harassment. I just needed some indication of what was apparently 'too far,' as no admin ever talked to me about any of it at any point. It was a mistake, and I won't make it again now that I know how not to.

Hello admins/people whom are concerned. I am speaking in defense of my friend Hellbird48. I admit he has been a bit out of line at some points but, he also has been a good member of the community. Countless times I have seen him help out a newer player, answering questions and using his hard earned materials to give them a good point to start from. He has given out a good amount of picks, food and other material that is essential to a great start in the game. He has even shown many players a way to public land (both to the teleporter and walking them there himself). Almost a month ago he had joined in on my build. He quickly was able to improve the look and feel of my city while adding his own flavor with his buildings. During the construction he had found a monster spawner, sure the average person would hog the xp all for themselves, but, he allowed other people from the community to come and use it as they pleased. In all he is a good member of the community, and i think he should deserve a 2nd chance, and i do believe in my heart he will take this as a warning to what will happen if he should cross the line again.

He has been disrespectful and making racist jokes since he joined Rokkr, and Torn kinda knows about him being racist and stuff, and there were witnesses too.

What I believe you're referring to is when I talked about the state of Brazil's culture. It's very racist, beyond what we ever experience in America. It's the only time I think I've ever even brought up race, since I'm almost never serious.

Understandable enough for someone distracted by building to misinterpret a chat message that only flashes up for ~10 seconds, but the chat records are still there for the admins.
