I have been banned for over 1 year and i forgot the reason why. Please tell me so i can re format this ban appeal

I'm sure he would like to see himself unbanned as well, but um, who are you and what do you have to do with his ban appeal? He doesn't even know what he's been banned for, so before you try to jump in and help, please let staff do their job.

We have a poll automatically added to every ban appeal for the express purpose of showing support without cluttering up the thread.
Additionally, a user won't be unbanned unless they actually come and appeal, which he had not.
Finally, thread locked because there's already a ban appeal for you. Go post there.
