We have been banned and i dont think we have done anything wrong. can someone please tell us why?

You both took items from chests that did not belong to you.

we didnt take much at all, can we put it back and continue playing? we havent seen that uy playing or change anything since we started

We are really sorry. we didnt realize how big of a deal it was. we hadnt seen him logged on in awhile so yea we took some coal and wood... We can give it all back and then some if you let us play again. we put a lot of work into this server and that guys house had just been sitting there next to our stuff for a while. I wish we couldve gotten a warning first like the swearing thing. You could watch over us for a while and make sure we dont grief again right?

i mean its not like we had a flying bot or something... we just want a second chance. maybe you could make this a time banned or something i dont know... a perma ban for this seems kinda harsh... especially when we could fix it and repay him and maybe give him some diamonds or credits.

I wasent even aware that it was a rule that if it wasent claimed you couldnt take stuff

You need a separate appeal for each banned account

It is always against the rules to take things that do not belong to you, claimed or not. Even if you find a little dirt hut in the woods with 1 piece of coal inside, don't take it. It's still looting, no matter whether the player has been on recently or what you took and how much. A crime is a crime. Any chest that is not yours should be considered 'off-limits' unless the owner gives you permission.

To clarify the rules a bit, you are not allowed to remove items or blocks that do not belong to you without permission of staff. It doesn't matter if something seems abandoned.

The rules are listed at spawn, I suggest you take a closer look at them. Also read this thread which is a more detailed version of the rules.
