[UNBANNED]Ban Appeal Kevinmoon

Ok, before i start off my appeal I have a few things to say. First off, I don't want any of one other than Rokkr and the other forum mods to post here. I don't like junk comments whether positive or negative filling up my appeal. If you want to say something, then simply show your consideration with the poll on saying Yes or No. You can also just like the appeal if you want to show more consideration, but I could simply care less. Second off, I know most of you are thinking, "Woah!!" or something. I already stated I don't want to appeal for a reason i will only say on skype, but Redkiller123 persuaded me into doing so. Lastly, I will not care for any commentaries made about me on some other topic related to this ban appeal.
So here I go...
Ban Appeal:
As I have said to my friends on skype, I was banned for Xraying. It took a while to what VVolfie skyped me saying, "Some of the ores weren't visible", but I figured it out with the help of some friends. Cubeguy314, my bro, already sent a video to prove to staff that I did not have some sort of Xray hack or Advatange-giving Texture pack to Support@Minerealm and to VVofie. However, as staff have said, any video will be considered fake until proven otherwise because of stuff like those pointless youtube videos full of junk and lies. For clarification, VVolfie just happened to be the one to ban me. There were 6 staff on at the time I was banned, which was Monday around 4:30 p.m. EST, so any of them could have done the dirty work. Before they banned me, all 6 staff investigated this situation for some believed it wasn't possible. With the help of Redkiller123 today, I figured out how I was banned for xraying without any texture pack or Xray mod. It was a different mod that I never would have thought to believe was an advantage giver. It the Optifine H.D 1.5.2 mod, which helps countless players reduce lag to their monitors to make them play with more ease. The reason for this mod to give me an advantage was because when under lava, you will have a clear screen instead of one that is bright red with some flames on it. I can assure you that I had no clue of this doing being an advantage because I have always thought (and I think several others have thought until now) that Optifine was never any advantage mod, since we never say staff saying anything about Optifine being bannable. However, Tornadicmaniac was the one to help clarify that they did have it listed in the rules. It isn't really visible in the rules until you think heavily on the rule that states Any mod used to give you an advantage is considered bannable. However, since not clearly understandable, from my perspective, I was clueless and didn't realize it up until now. I already know that I won't receive as much sympathy if even any from staff and the community because of this. I already expect them if I was to be unbanned to be saying, "why did ya do it D:" and sayings like that. I wanted to keep this private (such as through skype), but I couldn't seem to reach rokkr. I don't expect any immediate uban or given unban date swiftly at all as well because to be accused of xray is a pretty hefty ban especially when almost half of the staff found it to be xray. If any staff wants proof of me not xraying, but simply using optifine instead as a way to find diamonds when they are not visible when under lava just check the diamond logs and they will show that they are not a perfect match to the ones shown when a person xrays. They may be relatively similar, but I believe it will show no pattern of it other than the ores being visible only when optifine is used as a clear screen under lava. If necessary, I will gladly hand over those diamonds, which was 31 diamonds from the 15 ores I found in the lava ravines, to any staff member.
With this being said, I do not expect anything out of the ordinary other than further questioning by rokkrwolf or any other staff. On a side note to the community who reads this, DO NOT think you can use optifine for that purpose or they will consider optifine bannable if you abuse it like I non-intentionally did. They will know if you did. If I can't be unbanned for this then all I request is a topic or update in the official rules, stating clearly that if optifine is used like the way I did, it will be considered bannable and will be punished if done so.
