just been kicked of the saver because i am baned but i don't know why i am banned

I'm going to give you ONE guess as to what you were banned for.

Am guessing looting , didn't see any signs near the Chest, of that is the case I am sorry

Solo am banned for good now, I think I've been banned once before for looting, like I said I was walking around saw a chest with no sign near it

You were banned quite a few times.
1. An obscene word written in cobble.
2. Looting/griefing from gotya93s realm.
3. Looting from Branster101.
This is indeed your third time being banned for stealing. Rokkr told you last time that you weren't going to get another chance if you were caught stealing again.

The first few times I was banned when I first started playing the same and didn't know the rules, since them I haven't been banned until today, so there nothing I can do, am banned from a sever I love playing with my mates, what's going to happen to my realms

I've been playing this sever for a long time and put in many hours on this sever, also I have quite a lot of realms

So he's going to be banned permanently now?

If he's banned permanently then I guess I am also gone as I only ever play when Jordanyates is online. We own many many realms and put many hours into the server a night.

There was no indication whatsoever that the chest wasn't just a leftover chest by someone along time ago. There was nothing around to show this.

Surely a valuable member to the minerealm community should be given another chance? The first two times Jordanyates has been banned is because he was having a bit of a laugh with me which he didn't realize could be taken in the wrong way. The last time he was banned was due to a mistake on his part which I'm sure he will learn from not to take from a random chest now because it isn't worth the risk.

Like I said, we spent many many hours a night on this server and own alot of realms and it would be a shame if Jordanyates remains banned because then it means there is much point of me playing and all our realms will go to waste.
