Dear Minerealm
Recently i accidently left my minecraft settings on so that it could remember my password. My brother also has an account but i didn't think he would go on my laptop so i thought it would be fine. However while i was out he went on my laptop and loged on to my account and went on as many servers as he could that i had saved and tried to get me banned. 1 of the first was minerealm. He went on and swore and i was immediately banned and i am very sorry for this. I hope that i can be unbanned as i would love to play on this server with my friend chammiefication. I hope that i can be unbanned and enjoy minerealm

Well formatted and good grammar, I think this person is remorseful and telling the truth, I don't know, it has the ring of truth to it, and I know him through a friend.
No excessive emoticon use is always a plus
Careful though, if that happens again admins won't believe you anymore.

Very good He is a good friend of mine and no him in real life. He is very truthful.

I Have had something similar happen to me. I Know it sucks, but one thing you should probably do is change the subject to Ban appeal: (your sever name)

I would recommend changing your password and never checking the remember password box ever again. You are responsible for your account.

Looks like he's telling the truth. I think he should be unbanned.

As burt said you should change your password, in the process please take a screenshot that you changed it and provide it here to help with your appeal process.

What I find confusing is why would your brother be so naive and complete irritable to you and try to get you banned. I find this a little hard to believe. Other than that, your appeal was excellent. Just wait for staff to give a response by bumping your appeal by saying "bump"

-edit- just want to mention, votes don't affect your appeal. It just shows what the community of minerealm thinks if you should be unbanned or not that is all. It won't change the final outcome
