i have been banned from minerealm and i dont know why somebody help me out please

You were banned for looting.

If you read them you wouldn't be in this mess

You've been banned before for griefing. You can't say, "I didn't know it was against the rules".
And in that ban appeal I'm fairly sure rokkrwolf said

But there was a sign next to the chest that said i could take it. that really isn't fair. i have also found random chests in the middle of nowhere with nobody around.

And what exactly made you think that that sign was placed by the owner?

So? That's still looting, as you should know, having been banned before.

I reviewed the area and the chests in question, first off there is no signs, nor was there ever any in this area, I did a through search by eye and logs. I also scouted the chests in the area and there was quite a few, so with valuable blocks like lapis that you took.

Now it could be a mistake maybe you had permissions but I don't see anyway you could as the owner hasn't been on in awhile.

well first I'd like to thank you for your time to review my appeal. I saw the chest and the sign that said I could take the stuff. I dont know if it was by the owner or not but I am sorry and thought it would be fine to take the stuff. And the first time i got banned was for griefing not looting. I also took the signs.

It might not be the same area or chests.

... Taking the signs is griefing. So you looted and griefed... -1. Don't lie if you are it just makes things worse.
