I know that I am banned for looting and that I have made a lot of mistakes on this server. Last time I was banned you told me not to get my hopes up about getting unbanned again. I would just like to know if I am permanently banned or not.

You went to artraf's house, bought part of it for no reason without even granting him access, looted his chests, griefed his stairs, broke his pumpkin farm, and killed his snow golems. Also, note this quote from your last appeal:

I thought you said you would read the rules. This outcome is most likely going to be a permaban now. You have been given far too many chances even last time you were originally supposed to be permabanned from what rokkrwolf312 said. You have really disappointed us... Even though this won't make any difference -1. You can't seem to listen to us at all. You broke our trust now permanently. This is going to be your 4th and final ban. Especially seeing your past bans, all are stated in the rules saying NOT TO DO IT. 2 ban appeals ago Rokkrwolf312 said, "If banned again expect a permaban." Then the appeal after that, Rokkrwolf312 said "Note: next time expect permaban" Either you didn't read the rules and lied about saying it or you read the rules to poorly to understand it. We don't want to hear a story saying you needed it atm for something for yourself (that is selfish). That just makes you look even more guilty.

I have read the rules, and I only count 3 bans. The first time I was banned for "Speed Hacking". I have never speed hacked. Never. I don't care what you guys say about your staff "never making mistakes". I do not want unbanned from this server. I said I would not try to appeal / complain again, and I will not. Honestly, I just do not understand why you are so strict about some of your rules. I can understand that younger people play on this server, but being banned for stealing or griefing seems a little harsh. I am done with this server and anything related to Minerealm. Honestly, your staff sucks accept for VV and you all act like a prissy little bunch of 12 year olds.

And now you blew any chance of forgiveness from staff... Good job disrespecting them now you can hope not to be forum banned... Also if staff are the stupid ones why are they not banned like you all the time. I mean staff are no guiltier than you when it comes to bans. Look at Ryu Aurora. He was staff and was banned. Look at yourself before insulting the others around you. How the "smart" get "smarter" Also I am 12 years old and you said before you have a son. How is it that a 12 year old boy is actually more mature than you? Seems legit. You call me prissy yet I am not the one who is so immature as yourself. I actually know how to act mature. Compared to you I am the adult and you are the prissy 12 year old. So we are not the idiots, you just need to realize the man in the mirror you stare at is the idiot.

Lets not be too pessimistic here. Why did you do this Eternity? Was this before your last ban?

He did it last week, and it was specifically stated that he would be permabanned should he ever be banned again. I don't utterly condemn people without evidence, and I happen to be personally involved in this (artraf is my brother), so I know exactly what happened, and when. Trust me, he's guilty of everything he was charged with.

Are you serious?
Banning is the least I would expect for someone going around destroying others hard work

So not just looting. It appears you broke 4 rules. No realm claiming unless it was abandoned, which it obviously wasn't. No looting. No griefing. No killing mobs that were protected by some type of fencing. You should be ashamed that you think you can even appeal. This is the worst of all your appeals. First it looting then inappropriate signs. Now all these... You said you read the rules, but from what it looks like you either read the rules poorly or you only read one sign at the tutorials for the rules, which is "Welcome to Minerealm!"
