what does bum do??

everytime you comment on a topic it brings your topic to the top of the forum so that the Admins and Mods etc can see your appeal, you are only allowed to bump once each day, to bump just put the word BUMP as a comment (like you have done) but putting any comment also bumps your appeal to the top.
