So my flaming numptie of a daughter has gotten herself banned again.
We were away for the Easter weekend and she couldn't get on Monday when we got back because of the ban. Strange thing is I checked the next day and /profile said she had been on that day!

Could you please clarify what she has done wrong this time, and even better would be a time frame as I'm suspecting a password change may be in order.
My deepest apologies to whomever's property has been damaged this time

She was banned for griefing again, I think it may be prior to the last ban I will update you as soon as I can find out.

I'm going to change the password for the account anyway just to be on the safe side.
