What was the second guy doing wrong? It's possible to F8, then Hyperspeed, then just go crazy like that. AlM does it all the time.
Definitely +1 to the first guy, though.

Unfortunately I just missed him hacking. He was jumping and flying around in "derp" mode. I would give him the benefit of the doubt but he was crouched and "derping" for a few min straight. Two standard parts of common clients.
