Hi Rokkrwolf312. Hmm you banned me for a good reason I see. I had a different understanding of stealing. I should have read the rules in forum though.
I thought expired realms are not counted as stealing, because the exact same thing happend to me: I had a realm with lot stuff, it expired.
Someone else claimed my realm.
I asked the staff If I can have my realm back, after all my "Welcome to RandomZh" sign was still there.
The answer was "No we can do nothing".
I joined every now and then and finally after a year my realm was again free. A bit griefed, and ALL items stolen. (about 20 DC stuff)
I purchased my realm back and had to restart from scratch, so how you handle realm expiration and stealing is a big fail in my eyes.

WHY does realm expiration not match the rules of stealing?
When items from realms are NEVER allowed to be taken, then the realm should NEVER expire.

Well the realm expiration/rules are currently under change, there will be a new system eventually, but at the current time it works like this,

You purchase a realm. If you don't login with 30 days that realms goes public automatically. Then anyone is technically allowed to purchase with the intent of keeping the realm ect. If they purchase to loot they get banned.

Once the realm expires on the 30th day you then have 14 days to log back in and claim your items. And by items I mean your chest contents. (We don't require the person who buys your realm to return but they might depending on the player.)

So you technically had 45 days to at least keep your items, if you don't then we really can't do anything for you. In certain cases after the 45 days some player will still help the other out as I said it just depends on the players.

In regards to not being allowed to steal, then why do they expire? Well if we didn't expire realms then the map would be a huge wastelands of noob realms that either get banned or never return. (Which others would also exploit and buy land just to troll.) As you can see if we didn't it would be catastrophic and the land wouldn't be able to be changed/thus making the map useless.

As to why I banned you it was a recently disbanded realm that you looted from. Which as I said isn't allowed.

Could I get a second chance please?
It won't happen again.
I'll return the items all by myself within 24h.
