Failure to place signs on owned property.
Building on land without permission.
Griefing, hacking, exploits, glitching, and cheats.
Disrespect of admins, mods, and players.
Begging for items.
Swearing, racist remarks, and comments intended to enrage other players.
Failure to ask mods questions.
Not having fun.
