Sorry, but we don't undo damage, even if it was done by a Bane sword.

Once you have been Baned, you cannot be un-Baned. Sorry.

Yes you can .. just appeal. Stop being mean to the guy and show some sympathy we all make mistakes.. he just has to make a ban appeal under bans.
