a few days ago i was apperently greifing even though i know for a favt that i didnt and i dont even kow why but when somthing goes missing they always blame me and i was looking to see if i can get back in

Giving you benefit of the doubt, you may not realize that what you did was greifing, but for an admin to ban you they get concrete proof first.

The admins have the power to check EVERYTHING that occurs on the server.

Who broke/placed blocks (I've seen records of block changes over a year old, goodness only knows how far they can actually go back)

Who put things into/took things out of chests

they can tell who flipped a switch.

and probably whether you've been naughty or nice too as well as a million other things I'm sure most of us don't realize.

It's all recorded for their convenience. I would recommend a polite request for clarification to what you did and an apology if you're serious about coming back

I WAS HACKED I WOULD NEVER DO ANYTHING LIKE THAT

Stick to one appeal.

That said, it doesn't matter whether you were "hacked". Your account is your responsibility.
