Okay so i log of to get some food come back im banned no clue why please help ?

Usually with bans I try and get people to admit or at least think about what they've done before I give an answer. But I guess I'll cut right to the chase. I found two questionable areas of looting, later checking logs etc. to see who owned them and whether you made the area/had any right to the items.
The first area is owned by a player Merlin962, located at x3475, z2875. All block logs belong to him.

You've since looted all valuables, then proceeded to use the furnace to smelt them. This location I found to be the most suspicious seeing as the only thing you had done to this public realm is loot the chests.
The second location I was less sure of, as it was located amongst friends realms. Nonetheless, seeing as there were NO logs for anyone building in the location or putting items in I had to assume it may also be a location that had been looted.

There are a few people in this that would need explaining I don't feel like going through 70 pictures of looting to sort them for each person. Again, this location has no block logs and is in a public realm.
The three players in question the most are You, Bain, and Lardimus_Prime. Otherwise J0rdster took some dirt, and a player named awesomesauce who is already banned.

I hope to see ample explanation and a speedy unban, as I didn't really expect this from you.

Hmm, I kind of understand why you've banned me. But it could have been a lot easier and dealt with simpler if you just asked me. Merlin962 is a friend of mine. As is J0rdster, kaneg, BA1N and the rest. This was BA1Ns old realm.. I was simply moving stuff over to another place for someone else. As BA1N didn't want to play anymore. Merlin962 is also a friend of BA1NS.. He said I could have the stuff as he doesn't play because BA1N doesn't play anymore. I had permission for all of these belongings. Sorry for the inconvenience. Being that I don't speak to bain or merlin anymore, Im going to find it quite hard to prove this but if you say I must I will try.

Even with friends, I deal with things the way I deal with any other ban. Appropriate actions are taken despite who's name I see. I'll ask you attempt to find proof via merlin, as I am aware of the situation with Bain.

Definition of Looting

+ Steal goods from (a place)

My brother didn't steal the goods, they belonged to Merlin. Merlin then passed the goods onto Magic so he could have them. Being that he didn't really want the items he didn't go to strong extents to get them and just waited for the realm to drop. He then took what was rightfully his and now he is banned because of this? Looting is stealing items. The word "stealing" means to not belong. The items belong to him. I don't see any other problem to why Magical shouldn't be unbanned besides him needing to provide proof of it legitimately being his friend. If there is any other reason, then please state it here. I've heard from Magic that regardless of him providing proof that Merlin is his friend he is still banned for "breaking the rules" Please explain why he should still be banned? Then I can try and explain it to my very confused brother. Who in my eyes has done nothing wrong.
