He illegally killed me at the spawn using a bucket of lava. I had my public chat turned off at the time, and he gave no warning via private message before doing so.

This actually happened several times throughout the night; this was just the only instance I was able to record. However, he did not send me a single private warning message throughout the incident.

Well I know I didn't have chat off and I saw quite a few warnings that you'd be burnt. However I don't know if the rule states that you must be warned via PM. That seems unlikely, as I imagine a warning in either /msg or regular chat would suffice.

The other problem I have with this request is that the proof you have recorded is which burning you received from the "Several throughout the night"? You aren't wearing any clothes and walked right up to him knowing he'd burn you, so who's fault is that?

I vote -1 because you were warned (even if you had chat off) and because in the end you were just instigating it.

I agree with ori and dude please stay off the realm while we build its soo annoying you don't even know.

I did this because I figured he'd do it again and I required proof that it was actually happening, and after the first time he did it (when I did have items) he would not respond to me when I tried to /msg him.

When I was finally able to speak with him afterwards, he acted as though he had done nothing wrong and actually encouraged me when I threatened him with a ban request. So, here we are... Said ban request.

It's a massive pain in the balls when people are constantly jumping around you and getting in your way when you're building.

If he warned you before burning you he did nothing wrong, I guess the chatlogs will will anwer that question.

As VV said in game you should have messaged him. In the future I would do that, just to make sure he's actually receiving your messages.

The problem here is that both people are in the wrong. One, RyGuy had chat off, and there was no way of knowing that. He also stood in front of ryroloryan while he was building. But, ryroloryan never messaged him, never allowing RyGuy to realize what would happen. I was on last night, and saw the messages in chat by ryroloryan AND Unbound.

You know exactly why he was burning you and yet you still decide to go out there and capture it on video just to get him banned. You could have stopped running into the realm and there would have been no problem.

Continuing to harass people until they do something 'illegal' to get them banned is not a nice thing to do in my opninion.
