I was recently unbanned from my previous mistake, given that it was very similar to this and was present with tmbum at the time. I would like an answer directed to me from this outcome. Thank you

{EDIT} - I wasnt given as much useful information as i have here. Which i have now had time to revise.

I have just been banned alongside a fellow minerealm player – “Lewoforever” we were out looking for cows for our farm when we came across a house that was sitting with no roof and had chests inside, this house was not protected by a realm and had no active use using the house that we could see?

On further investigation we went into the house and looked in the chests, since there was no one around and the house was not protected by a realm we assumed this was ok to take some items from the chests?

If this was wrong I do apologise and sincerely hope that I can make amends for my actions, as i was unaware that even though a building does not have realm protection it is disallowed to take items from chests inside.

We were not out to steal nor looking for buildings to loot, we were simply looking for cattle for our farm when this occurred.

You were indeed banned for the same reason.

You need to create your own appeal (which you have) and show that you are deserving of an unban. Just because your friend was unbanned does not mean you are automatically unbanned with him.

thanks, thats what i had asked about in the beginning of his appeal but no one replied.

I would like to know where i stand, in this confusion.

You stand, in this confusion, as a banned player.

In order to be unbanned, you must make a ban appeal, preferably titled: Ban Appeal: Lewoforever.

Then you must explain your reasoning as to why you should be unbanned. It usually takes about a week for an appeal to be accepted considering the circumstances. Granted, tmbum and you were banned for the same, you may be unbanned sooner as he was already unbanned.

Hi Rick, thats how i originally structured my old appeal, Thanks anyhow.
i only put this topic up so someone would actually respond to me. I wasn't counting on this as my actual appeal. Gonna take a break from the forum before i start thinking about making an appeal. In the meantime, This is me.
