Hi, I've been playing for a week or two and have been having next to no luck mining, I just really wanted to get ahead and so I decided I'd try cheating with x-ray. Stupid decision.

I understand that it was wrong, and that the server is by motto a legit server. Honestly I have no real excuse, and I knew that I was pushing it after being told the xray detection was swift and advanced, I just wanted to get some diamonds and stuff and then was going to remove it, that was the plan anyway. I realise that by minerealm rules this is totally unacceptable and as such I hope you understand that I do feel remorse for what I've done, I genuinely feel sad that I won't get to enjoy the community and the players who are more accommodating than most for my sometimes non-PG attitude.

I have already removed the mod, and I know now as I did before that it was wrong to cheat the system and to give myself an unfair advantage over other players. No matter what my aims it was wrong and I hope you can accept my apology and reinstate my account, as it would be a great loss to myself not to get to play on the server which I have thoroughly enjoyed doing. if there's anything else I can do to help with my appeal, or to prove that I'm not going to xray ever again, then please tell me what it is.

Other than that I would just like to apologise to Tornadic for being weird and annoying at times and I hope that you can forgive me for this, and that you trust that I will never be doing it again as I understand that my actions have consequences and that I am not above the rules of minerealm.

Well, don't do it again. I do suggest, however, that you change the title of your appeal. "I was x-raying and got caught" kinda makes it sound like you would do it again if you thought you wouldn't get caught...

Hacking will at least get you a one week ban even if it wasn't for the purpose of negative actions. However, you seem genuinely sorry for it and this is your first ban so...

Also, if you need a few things, like wood or even diamonds, just ask me when we both get unbanned and I'll give you some stuff.

Oh, I didn't know whether I was being ignored or anything, just wanted to make sure that people saw this appeal.

I assume you have never read the rules at spawn or on the forums. I suggest you learn the main rules or any server that is vanilla. No griefing, No looting, and NO HACKING. I know you would be mature enough to do the right thing and apologize, which you did, and remember to wait you time for the decision of whether you should be unbanned or not. I suggest you read the rules several time while you wait. Remember to bump your appeal once per day.

X-raying is a serious offense, but you do seem sorry. Part of the ban punishment is to not get any feedback and to not know what is going on. Hopefully staff will decide to un-ban you soon.

That's not part of the punishment. That's just because nobody really wants to deal with appeals, they just get pushed further and further back until someone goes "Eh, I'll just unban" or leaving it to be perma.

There's not a complex, always addressed system where all the staff are in constant discussion or each appeal.

I've had some, well, interesting conversations with you in-game to begin with but since then you seem to be a pretty decent gamer/person/sammich.

I'm going to say +1 and hopefully see you back on again, non-moded of course :p

To be honest I haven't had much luck in the diamond department either, but there are plenty of players on the server willing to sell.
