I took things that I shouldnt of tooken, and I sorry.

It could've been a piece of dirt or a stack of diamonds. Fact is, that would make no difference. Looting is looting and you'll still have to wait until the staff decide.

Considering this your first ban and you telling the truth about what you did, you have high probability of being unbanned. I've been banned for looting too and honesty will always get you farther than lying and will usually speed up the process.

He was actually banned for looting from you chests, so kind of funny you asked.

My question is why would you take the items when it clearly states at spawn not to touch other people's belongings?
