See attached screenshot. The portal has been disabled, the signs removed and there's several holes in the floor.

Staff are able to view block logs. They can check to see who broke the blocks on the floor and ban the person. As for the portal, it will just have to be relit.

The staff has access to logs on blocks placed / removed, it's a primary feature of CoreProtect.

Well i did but i just cant believe they could track down someone that they didnt catch doing it. oh can they also catch people who steal from chests because i have a chest in my house and dont wont people to steal.

Yes they can do that too. However, if you don't own your realm, you should use an enderchest to store your valuables. It's private to you and cannot be stolen from.
