Rokkerwolf312 banned ethanburger after being auto kicked out for flying. Ethanburger said that rokkerwolf312 banned him right after he rejoined. Rokkerwolf312 said that he was also speed hacking. Ethanburger said he does not remember doing this. I have no other evidence for this case but i do not see why ethanburger has to be banned. He has not done anything before this incident.

I told him in chat to stop flying and in /msg and he continued to do so then got kicked again, so I banned him he didn't folow the rules and ignored me.

Mods do not need proof, as stated by the rules.

Also if a ban request is to be made, it should be made by the banned player.

Tell him to. If someone doesn't care enough to join the forums to make an appeal for themselves, they should stay banned.

To tell you what i was thinking the same thing. i have been asking him to join the forums for a month now. maybe he should stay banned.
