I was talking to U2QU about letting me use the arena for my pvp tournament but he wont and he says: It will be demolished in 72 hours if you don't pay me 25,000 in the time period. Well wouldn't that be greif if he does destroy it? I was trying to ask intelli he wouldn't answer so i asked for help from a staff rokkr said they were busy so they have to post this.

Who owns "the arena"?

Okay, so here's how it goes.

Dilsifprosif1 bought the realm
Dilsifprosif1 built it
Dilsifprosif1 sold it to cockroach14
Cockroach14 disbanded it
U2QU bought it.
Cockroach14 and Dilsifprosif1 asked for the arena back
U2QU said "No"
Cockroach14 and Dilsifprosif1 asked for the items the arena was built out of (less than 2 weeks after U2QU bought the realm)
U2QU said "No."
A ban request was posted.

Wrong. Its illegal to destroy the thing i didnt ask for anything back i asked for it to stay. At first i just asked him for 1 day but he gave me way to much info. And he got this. But i did build it with you and sneaker cube I did sell it to roach. But still its greif since he doesnt have permission for it from me.

Now hold on, I thought you said in game that you asked for it back, or at least the building materials, for there is a rule about that kind of stuff.

I kind of have to question the logic here and in your most recent post. Are you saying you, quote, are "Asking for anything back" or are you "Asking for it to stay" because once you sell a realm, I'm pretty sure you kinda loose control of the contents, unless you ask for them back within a specific timeframe, which I am sure you are aware of.

No. This is messed up. One you never asked for the building materials. And two i bought the realm and staff told me before that I only have to let you take your items in your chests and give you two weeks to do so. Thats the only rule. Plus if you didnt want it to be bougt then whyd you sell it? The only reason I am demolishing is because i would like to make a farm. Also i didnt threaten you to pay me the money i simply said if you dont have the money that i was asking in 72 hours (which i was giving you time and als the chance for it back) then it would be removed. This is no act and the only reason you have 9 agrees is because people dont like me. All I have to say is i did nothing wrong and I just want to buy the realm because i found animals nearby the area and would like to start up my farm.

I have been monitoring this persons auctions recently. He intentionally buys thing with either sentimental or value of some sort. Your reasoning "to make a farm" to demolish a nice build when there are plenty of other public realms todo so... is absolutely wrong. The only reason you bought it is because you want to sell it back to vortex. Trust me you don't earn a good rep doing this. I have come from experience, and I suggest to stop while your ahead. Although you may not seem as your doing any wrong, you are. I use todo this and neglected the hate because of the money, let me just tell you it comes around.

I dont support a ban, but he should sell it back to public. And if this continues a ban request is adequate. If someone had ban requested back when I did it, I would have stopped a lot earlier.
