Some of you may know that I made a snow fort in the middle of the desert. I loaned the realm to a friend who stopped playing minecraft and the realm went public. So I decided to place a sign that said RESERVED FOR PIEVILLE but I came back about a week later to look at my fort and noticed that WMBO ignored the notice and proceeded to buy the realm carelessly without asking me for permission. About a month later after seeing he bought the realm (today) he has destroyed the whole fort and combined it with 2 or 3 others. I would like the realm back and rebuilt. It was reserved mainly so we could save credits to buy it later but now seeing what he’s done to my fort id really like the realms back and him being banned. Thank you.

So far it is a -1. I understand it went public and you did have a sign, a banning is unnecessary so far.
There are many questions. Did you ask him for it back since you reserved it? Do you have screens of you asking him? Also, when did the realm disband and you place the sign? (the last one might be unnecessary? The only thing that we really know is that Wmboclan owns the realm even though it was reserved. I have seen people fight over realm space before when so and so reserved a realm, but someone else bought it. Before coming back, have a little more evidence to back you up

No i haven't asked him but i be leave guadal did. Also the sign was there when my friend owned the realm. Unfortunately when the realm went public i was on vacation. But pretty much i only have the screens of after and before of the realm but guadal (whose on vacation for 1 and a half more weeks) may have talked to him about it but i'm not sure.

I forgot to add this, who is your friend? Also does gaudalcanal1 have screens of him asking wmboclan. As well as, what was wmboclan's response

Honestly i'm not sure about the screens. My friend was bandit14785. But still dont know if guadal has screens so..... yeah.

Well without screens, there is not much evidence besides the realm being bought to support the ban. Also for wmboclan buying the realm and then destroying some of the fort. I am pretty sure he knows the rule to wait 2 weeks before he can do anything, since the person may come back and want the realm back. So the griefage of the realm may have been allowed if he followed the rules to buying a disbanded realm.

Yes you make a point but i was gone for about a week and was unaware about the realm. Also seeing that the sign was there he should have contacted me zell or guadal about buying the realm before even begining.

Well he does have a different time frame and also has been on for only for a few minutes. I still believe that a ban request should not be involved at the stage of the problem atm. Only if wmboclan happened to say no to giving you back the realm would be a problem, BUT only if it was past 2 weeks, since after two weeks, the realm is all his. I suggest letting this thread be unnecessary and talk to Wmboclan about this and then come back to inform if this is necessary or not. I see wmbo a lot and his irl friends are my in game friends. So i will speak to him about this problem and see if he is willing to give back to realm. I am not certain of a yes or no however.

Ok i see what you're saying so ill contact him in a bit and see what to do and if this ban request is necessary.
