To tell the truth I have no idea why I was banned, i was running around my realms about to start a large build and then i got booted from the server saying i had been griefing. If an admin could say why I was banned it would be appreciated. I hope to clear up any confusion and get back to playing on the only mine-craft server I have played on in almost 2 years.

It was because you broke a chest probly, or while getting easy for the build, you accidently wiped out someone's cobblestone house. Then they reported it while you were on. You have been very nice to me, so I hope it was a misunderstanding and your unbanned right away.

I see nothing near the area touched by you other than taking a chest. So why were you taking them?

Umm they were on my realm weren't they? I own everything in that area except a few realms and the rest are owned by JordanYates. There were 8 or so large chests on the ground that I assumed that me or a guild member had placed there a while ago and then I went to move one then *BAM* banned. I had no idea they belonged to any one, and I don't know why they were in my area. I hope to return to the server as soon as possible.

As I said I see nothing else near there edited by you other than taking that chest. It wasn't on your realm/billy's realm it was on public land. It was also placed about 300 hours ago by a player named craft_colin. I don't see why you wouldn't verify with staff before trying to take them.

craft_colin? I have never heard of him. Me and Billy spent the good part of the past few months flattening all of that land as you can see the entire area has been terraformed by us and there are tons of chests scattered around to hold the large amounts of sand and dirt we have cleared. all of the chests are compeatly empty and I had no idea they could have been any one elses.And isn't there a rule about building on property that has been cleared or built on by other people so I think he greifed me (just a thought). but I think there was a missunderstanding here and I hope to return to the server as soon as possible.

i think that he should be unbanned. (yes i am currently banned, dont bring it up)

There's a difference just because you cleared a realm doesn't make it yours. You had nothing built on it nor did you have it marked. If you didn't know who's they were you should of asked staff prior to removing them. Just because they were empty doesn't mean he wasn't stolen from. You must also realize he was most likely a new player and thought that was just as good a place as anywhere to start his home.

There's many factors you are just completely ignoring to try and justify taking something you didn't place. As we tell everyone if you are unsure, ask staff. It's just that simple. With that said you are unbanned.
