I want to be unbanned but I have to admit minecraft is not as fun without minerealm I promis if I get unbanned I wont grief again

Wrong format:
State a reason why you deserve to be unbanned.
State what you were banned for(if you know)
Then remember to apologize sincerely for your crimes especially to the person you griefed

Fix the appeal AND DO NOT MAKE A NEW THREAD for it. just rewrite it better

And if staff don't reply today remember to bump it once a day

She kinda did the following...although rather poorly...

Also, I'd suggest requesting that your username be changed so that it's not your email.

Why not give a few details as to what you exactly griefed?
