[UNBANNED]Ban Appeal: lyncombe

I refer to an earlier forum post (http://minerealm.com/community/viewtopi ... 20&t=11965) requesting that I be banned from the server for building two 1*1 short towers to see over the wall of a castle. I feel that my ban from the server is unjust due to the fact that I never intended to destroy anything of value nor to cause direct annoyance to Joseph3114 the owner(?) of the realm next to which I built the towers.
On the aforementioned forum post there seems to have been some debate as to the validity of my ban and whilst a number of posters expressed annoyance at "all the 1x1 noob towers left all around" I would like to point out that I have only recently started playing minecraft and only two days ago began to use the server with a friend. So yes in many respects I am a "noob" but I would hope that this fact wont result in me being permanently banned from the server? Also the fact that a site admin Rokkrwolf312 posted this "As far as he goes, you did indeed ask him to stop and he persisted to get up there and didn't even remove it afterwards just for that I will grant the request but don't expect him to stay banned if he appeals." I hope that my effort to be unbanned is not in vain.
Regarding the chat logs posted by Joseph3114 I think its important to note that they are partial and that further discussion occurred after I had left, he requested that I remove the towers which i was happy to do but he had told me to leave and not come back. I could not see a way of removing the towers without returning and when I asked him what he wanted me to do he did not reply. I acknowledge that building the towers were a mistake and I extend my apologies to Joseph3114 and would like to make it clear that I did not deliberately "grief".
So I guess in conclusion I am asking to be unbanned as I now realize that building unsightly 1*1 structures (or other structures) that close to private land is considered greifing and not allowed. Many thanks for your consideration and my apologies again to Joseph3114 .
