I was originally going to appeal in march, but seeing how Intelli's new suggestion about all bans are permanent has a high yes vote for it to be implemented, I guess I'd try an appeal before I couldn't even appeal.

I was banned for avoiding the filter, taking PvP to far as once again. I was very disrespectful to several players during this time era. From people to PacmanGEN, for calling him rude, and unnecessary comments. All the way to Intelli, since the ad I posted was connected to MineRealms twitter, it doesn't reflect upon his server as the great place it is. This is my second ban in the cursing/language area as I was banned shortly after joining the server for swearing. So people may be thinking, you swore and got banned, and your in the same spot now so how do we know you won't do it again? Well since my second ban, which was for several reasons. I don't think a foul word slipped in chat for months. Within around 4 months a curse word left my chat once. Be kept my mouth clean as could be since. After this ban I certainly have learned a lesson. If staff feels that I haven't, or I've taken it to far, well, I'd be better off somewhere else.

On another subject, prior to my ban I had been disrespectful to several other players, such as VVolfie Origami, and HairyKid980. To these players, and a couple others I sincerely owe you all a personal apology. VVolfie, normally we get along but one day I took it to far and insulted you in some ways. This was very childish of myself and I have overcome the childish person I used to be. Origami, I'm sorry for harassing you over some stupid land. Even if you are a little close to us, well hopefully we can become good neighbors. Sorry for the insulting comments anywhere from PvP to land. Hairykid, I took a joke to far. To a point of rudeness. I turned a friendship, to a ball of hatred in seconds. Hopefully we can still be friends in the end.

On yet another subject, PvP. We all know I have some problems when it comes to PvP. It ranges from trash talking to rude remarks. I take it to serious at times. After my last ban I said I'd only iron PvP, since I thought there would be no drama. But yet, the worst side of me got the best of me. So I've thought of it and my plan is this: I will not stop pvping on MineRealm in all, but I will limit it. Since my ban I've found a server where I can PvP all I need. Which if I ever get angry on MineRealm, is a back-up place for me to go. I won't take PvP nearly as far as I have before, to try and keep MineRealm a more friendly family based server.


I understand the mistakes I have made. I know I've been childish in the past, but hopefully we can overcome this. I also understand that this is my 4th ban so I'm cutting close to the edge. I'm going to start playing MineRealm how it's ment to be played, a survival server. Not a pvp server. Once again Sorry to Pacman/Bain for the disrespectful comments, and all other enemy pvpers that I've offended. And Intelli, for making your server look unappealing via MineRealms twitter. (I sent you an email a while ago if you haven't seen yet intelli)

Anyone can comment here, I'm not afraid to hear the truth of what others think. But if you want to say no, please say it peacefully, not in a flaming way. Also, I know I have a group of roughly 15 people, that dislike me in all and no matter what the ban reason, they want me banned. I understand I made these enemies, and I will have to just deal with them. Thank you everyone for reading.

OneMan, if u get unbanned, why not take time off pvping? The amount of bans youve recieved from pvping (actually i dont know but...) just imagine. If you were intelli, would you unban a player who keeps getting banned for the same reason? (Yes, i know. Im wrong again arent I.)

Nothing is going to change, you will be re-banned eventually. I'm sure everyone that isn't a part of Vortex can attest to the fact that it's be relatively quiet and less annoying with you gone.

And just to elaborate, I do think that maybe you should stick with your original plan as outlined in your appeal. Stick to what you said, come back later. Your postings in alot of these other threads show you aren't ready to come back, hopefully that changes with time.

I find the server to be more dull without Oneman.
