som how my brother got on to my account and played and griefed and that got my user banned from there and thats really sad becuse i have friends on there and it would be hard not to be able to go on MineRealm

Even if your brother did all that, you are responsible for what happens on your account. Try not to go afk if he goes on it alot, instead log out and close the game window. If you play in browser, log out of minecraft.net. Don't check the "Remember password" box.
Unless something else comes to light, all Staff will probably have to ask you to do is to change your password and post a picture as proof.

^ This is basically what I would of said. We need a picture of a change of password to help speed this along.
