It was my first time on this server i saw a chest that was just clearly alone no sighns of a house or sign in general so i decided to take and i got banned and now i am very sad because this server is fun and it wasnt my fault because i didnt know did i mention i am only 10 years old i just dont think its very fair because i am a total super newb. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!

Even if a chest is on public land, you are not allowed to take from it. Looting of any kind is not allowed. A good rule of thumb is to not take or break anything that does not belong to you.

Assuming you are actually the parent (Sorry, but people attempt wierd things on the forums), then I should let you know that the vote actually has very little to do with a players unbanning. It's entirely up to Staff whether or not a player is unbanned, the vote is just there so that people don't spam the thread with mindless +1's/-1's.

He posted the appeal. Now, just bump the appeal once per day by posting "bump" on it, and Staff will sort things out soon enough.

If you're wondering, no, I am not Staff. They have their forum names highlighted/bolded in either red/blue.

Looking over the area he was last in a the chests he broke, the story doesn't seem 100%.

First off the chest was in a players house, there is signs marked all over it. Second the house was partially griefed so if he thought it was abandoned that still isn't the case, you can't take items from other players period unless staff say other wise.

I understand he is young but rules are rules and everyone has to abide by them
