I think that gabe_4801 should be unbaned because, he was blamed for using creative and flying.

So he's kind, friendly, and doesn't grief...but does he lie? 98% of the time, if you were banned for flying, then you were flying. Most situations where someone says they weren't flying have never ended well. If you're lying, I'd suggest you stop digging a bigger death hole and just tell the truth.
