Ban Request: Damnpowerful

I spotted him get kicked several times in a row for flying, so I went to spawn and watched him break glass to flood, grief the farm, and it looked like he was speedhacking. This seems like a fairly obvious ban.

Uh, not to support him but where is the evidence? (Unless of course Rokkr saw it too?) How could he be banned? Is this a case of majority rules?
