Im very sorry about what I did, the place looked like it was empty and unused, so I took some watermelons, pumpkins, seeds and crafting benches, its not like I took any diamond! so, please let me re-join the server, and I promise, it will never happen again!

Regardless of what you took it is still griefing even if you took dirt. Maybe it looked that way because you know several other people griefed the area as well? This is why you report it to staff.

I only took things that were easily replenishable, (Pumpkins, Watermelons, Ect)

besides the point, all I was trying to do was get some food and have fun, isnt that what this game is about? collecting resources and surviving? but this server has turned it into something else, just a complete wad of crap, this server has effectivley ruined my fun in MINECRAFT!

So you breaking the rules has ruined your own fun. You didn't earn those items you took them from someone else who had earned them how is that fun? You thinking walking into someone's house and taking a few items is ok? Even if they are replenish-able? It's not, which is why it isn't allowed no matter how you try and justify it.

so, its wrong to take a watermelon thats just sitting around? a watermelon that will grow back before the player even loggs back on, is wrong to take? why dont you go after some real greifers, I saw destroyed property all over your dumb server. now please instead of screaming at me like a dumb ***, go log on to your own server and see what I did yourself, I know what I did wrong, you dont have to tell me.

When your appeal is rightfully rejected, and you are subsequently forum banned when you then proceed to flip out on the head admin AGAIN, I am going to laugh quietly to myself.

In case this somehow isn't clear to you, an appeal is where you recognize you made a mistake, apologize for what you did, and ask to return to the server. Not where you call a member of Staff a "raging dumb ***", and accuse them of slaying your enjoyment in a GAME.
It IS wrong to take ANYTHING that isn't yours. It doesn't matter if it's a piece of gravel or a doublechest of diamonds. The server has a more or less 0 tolerance policy for griefing or theft. It's how people can feel like they can get something done without being looting and pillaged by barbarians and idiots.

Just my 2¢, which is what I suspect my opinion is currently worth.

Lol are you serious right now? Do you want to just be permabanned for disrespecting me? You obviously can't see what you did wrong because you keep trying to justify it because "Oh well, it will grow back." It wasn't your's don't touch it. Not to mention your argument prior was that it looked abandoned so you took it now your saying well it will grow back so who cares. Yes there is destroyed property but it's because people don't report it so we can't fix it. If you find it so dumb I suggest just walking away because you are only making this worse on yourself, any more comments like that expect a forum ban.

Yes melons are replenish able, so re other things you griefed. They are easy to get, but if everyone went around taking a block here, items there, then the server would look trashed. Staff sees these terribly griefed areas a lot, and its not fair for the player who actually owns it. Also Rokkr is the head mod so please respect that, he knows what you did and if you did what you say you did he would probly Unban you very quickly. Making comments like you are wont help you though
