well i was been robbed by chasetoh123. And i said "wtf" 2 times and get banned. he killed me in the nether and he took all of my hard earned stuffs and before i get banned he wanna trade my stuffs for realm money and i don't even have any realm money cause i was new in this server. And i only wanted to get my stuffs back and get unbanned i think i have 400- 500 realm money. sorry i didn't took any proofs

if you are killed in the nether, he doesnt have to give your stuff back.

but can i still get unbanned?

well actually when i was in spawn he keeps punching me and i keep saying stop it and he said "team?" then we went to the nether and killed me
