i have resently been banned and i am seeking to apeal it. Before I was banned there was a sign over my house saying I looted a home basically i was just taking a diamond and i swear to god i was planning to give it back when ever i had another and my friend epic_coolcows33 was blamed for looting and i disagree with this action for the same reason as mine even though she may have taken wood or something that has less value she took more but was planning to give it back

ANY looting/griefing/stealing is bannable. Regardless of if it were a diamond, some wood or a stack of dirt. It's against the rules.

yes i do agree with that but i beleive that everybody deserves a second chance because nobody is perfect

True nobody is perfect but this is why we have rules and players need to follow them. As far as your friend they need to create a seperate appeal for themselves to get unbanned.

yes rules keep people in line but people break rules in every little thing they do in life and that is just reality please just take that into consideration

That is why we have something called a "Ban Appeal." It's a request for a second chance.
In real life, you might not even be given the chance to request a second chance.
