Nice! But, was that in spawn? Or a realm? I'm pretty sure (correct me if I'm wrong) that destroying buildings in the wilderness is not illegal

I'm pretty sure its always against the rule.

You'll notice the 'Still down?' in the chatbox, which means this is Classic, and thus in wilderness. That's a moot point, however, as he's destroying a house which is (presumably) not his. It would help if you could produce a shot of a name on that house, though, just so we know it really isn't his.

Destroying abandoned buildings is fine, people do it to collect resources.
