Bannings are not something to be taken as a prank. They are, in fact, very serious matters, for band are permanent until the appeal has been accepted, and if they're not... (I think you can figure out what's next)
As for the situation with the hacking another's account, what a staff member will probably have you do is change your Minecraft password and post a screenshot of the Password Change Comfirmation and remember to leave the "Remember password" box un-checkmarked.
