Not sure why he was banned, he a good person. Helps, Trades. I hope he can be unbanned soon.

I'm a bit shocked that Bennylava was banned... But I don't know anything yet... I'm hoping that it's appealable.

Didn't all those warnings happen in a single minute? How is that even possible? I count 16 flight kicks in 1 minute or less. Are you telling me that he was kicked once every 3.75 seconds at the minimum? Considering it takes a couple seconds to log in, I don't see how that log can possibly be accurate.

That particular incident looks to me like it could be a lag kick. However, just because that's the only log posted doesn't mean that he may not have been flying at others times. *shrug*

well I'm requesting an unban, since this was when the server was very laggy, also Ben does not have fly hacks. he also doesn't have any previous offended of rules

Considering that the log itself was cited as the reason for the ban, it seems that he was most likley banned unfairly. Now if those kicks were all 2-3 minutes apart i would be taking a hard look at whats he doing, but considering you can still get kicked for flying while using shift and laying blocks and also get kicked from random things due to lag, the log doesn't seem to be very helpful.
