Same deal as last track griefer, told him to put it back and he decides to ignore me and run away.

Wait where is the evidence he did something. He is only holding track but everything behind him is obscured. Not supporting him but I think there needs to be more evidence... Also I am starting to see more and more griefers with really long names who are unresponsive. Bots!?!?!?!? :?

How in the world would a bot work for multiplayer? How would it grief? How would it do anything?!

Never, Ever, EVER trust a website with wiki in the name. Bots are horribly uncommon, and I'm almost sure we've never had one. What it meant by long, hard to type names was a string of numbers and letters as shown in the example.

Yeah but I didnt get my original info from a wiki but I guess your right. it is unlikely that we have had any bots.

bots are just like any other AI thing. They log in with an account just like anyone else, but they run by an AI instead of a human so they can grief as fast the computer they are running on can spit out instructions. And i very very very much doubt we have ever had one on minerealm.

However, i am sure that at some point, once minecraft is more stable, people will code bots that are non-griefers, kind of like installable friends. I can definitely see something like that being popular.(Now that i look closer, there already are lots of these for ssp, someone just needs to make the jump to smp.)
