caught this guy griefing my house at spawn, as you can see fresh blocks lay, caught red handed.

i know this is a moot point but why do you build so close to spawn? your kinda asking to be griefed. however I agree that we should be able to build where ever we want without it being griefed.

The first thing people see when they log onto the server is spawn. If it's maintained, people see we have a decent enough community to keep it in repair. On the other hand, if it's a smoldering crater, people think the server is dead.

I have found a offensive sign by him as well,

Besides, you try to build at spawn to prevent any griefing from escaping the city, and to catch most of the griefers while they are there. We catch so many people while we visit it.
