Request Un-ban of TeaJay1013

Hello Admins,
I'm not quite sure why I have been banned from the server. I have been playing on the server for over a month now. I joined the Baltimore realm this afternoon and was sliding down the giant boat slide and the game froze, I tried to view my character model from 3rd person to see if I was stuck in the boat, when I did my character was invisible. Shortly after, my character glitched about 3 spaces over and fell about y = 70 blocks to my death. I tried to click the "respawn" button after my death and it didn't work. I closed down MineCraft and reloaded it. I tried to connect to the server and now it says that I am banned.
I would like to formally request my ban to be lifted, pending the investigation by the admins and mods. I know that you will find no harmful activity associated with my name.
Thank you,
TeaJay1013

I banned you because you posted a vulgar sign about the server at spawn.

Rokkrwolf312,
I'm not sure what you are referring to exactly, when did this occur?
Thanks,
TeaJay1013

Interesting... playing for a month but just created a forum account before you made your ban appeal? Hmm...
And Rokk knows that you placed a sign (the thing you type on, not in cobble or anything) that says "F**K This Server" or something along those lines.

What Panthers said is correct, I can even post a pic if you want proof. I'm not sure when it was placed but I banned you shortly before this ban appeal was posted.

If you compare the number of regulars to the number of forum posters, you will notice a pretty serious difference. A good chunk of people on the servers don't give 2 hoots about the forums and will only ever show up here if they are banned and need to appeal and that will be the only time they ever show up on the forums.
And yay, i get to quote this rule to against someone for once.
2B. Admins and Mods will explain the reason for the ban. There is a difference between this and #2. We will explain to you why you have been banned, but that does not mean you can turn around our reason and use it as an argument, such as "I wasn't even there!" Or "Pics or it didn't happen!"
Bolded portion is the relevant part. A mod's word is sufficient. You have explained why he was banned. Unless he can explain how a sign was placed by him that wasn't placed by him, hes hosed. Which is gonna be pretty hard to do. Personally, i would start my argument by proving that nothing in the universe actually exists and work from there.

I found no need to make a forum username, since our leader of Rolo Tony Brown Town was active on the forum. The reason why I posted the appeal is because I was online when I was banned. Like I mentioned previously, I play on minerealm's survival server very often.
I jumped on the classic server to see if it was also having latency issues, similar to survival. I was on the classic server for about 10-15 minutes around the home start area and I only noticed 2 people running around. Not as interesting as the survival server. So I quit classic to return to survival.
To resolve any conflicts between both parties (myself and the minerealm community admins), may I be entitled to a probationary period where my activities are monitored at random by any admin/mod at any time; to prove that I will not break any rules set by the minerealm community?
Thanks,
TeaJay1013

No. You had a sign that breaks the rules attributed to you. Unless you can explain how a sign with your name attached to it as the placer showed up with vulgar language, the conflict has already been resolved by your banning.
Arguing from character or time on server or bargaining won't work. You gotta prove that the sign wasn't you or at least cast reasonable doubt on it.

Thats not how it works. They wont let you back in the server just so they can waste there time watching you 24/7 to make sure your doing nothing wrong and then right after they leave you do something bad again.

Until a admin or another higher up mod come in and say other wise you will remained banned. As cerevox said there's really no way you didn't place the sign but I've let the other's know. Just wait patiently for a reply from one of them.
