He openly says that he loves team avo, repeatedly and threatens if I get him banned he will use avo hacks to get back on the server.

huh? Didn't even try and defend these guys. Ill play public defender if it looks like there is hope, but these guys were screwed from the get-go. If they are going to announce their love of avo in all caps to the whole server there is nothing even i can do, or will even bother to try doing.

I meant avolition, not these guys.

Oh, thats easy. Its not like avo has really done much damage. The kurachi greifing was minor enough it was fixed in under 30 minutes and the airship at spawn was 100% sure to get griefed by someone so its not that big a deal.

We have had numerous griefers who have done a huge amount more damage than avo has ever done to our server. The only reason avo is a big deal is that they have a youtube channel, and honestly, having a youtube channel isn't impressive enough to make me care.

So actually, its less neutrality and more 'can't be bothered to care'.
