I truly apologize for my actions on minerealm regarding my spam using the /msg feature towards Chooz and I know if I am unbanned, I will not act this way again.

Hopefully, Chooz himself may post in support of my ban being lifted. My misbehaviour has only occurred with him and I know it is wrong; I have no reason to even talk to anyone else on the server.

So I hope this thread can remain open while I wait on being unbanned.

Actually, it's at least your third legitimate offense (I cannot speak to the correctness of your autobans for block placement or spamming, but the one for swearing is correct), and the SECOND time you have committed a very major offense. The only reason I haven't labelled your appeals thus far as permanently rejected is the essentially non-existent chance Intelli feels the need to unban you.

The other 2 times I was banned was due to lag where I typed the words "wtf" and did not know it was a filtered word and I couldn't see any warnings appear in chat.

Then I got falsely banned when the creative servers were first introduced for supposedly "hacking". While I was only collecting wheat when it happened and I have never hacked on minecraft.

So if these are the other times you are referring to, it was sort of out of my control.

But as for my spamming with Chooz which I now know is really annoying and wrong, it is only my 2nd offfence.

I am hoping that I can just keep bumping this until Chooz feels I have learned my lesson and is willing to give me another chance. So I hope it won't get locked this time.

But I just know if I am unbanned, I will not spam him or anyone ever again. It is really annoying to anyone that has to see it.

If you look closely at the time stamps on the screenshots I used for your 2nd ban request, you'll see that the spamming was actually on two separate dates. August 7th and August 24th. So, technically this IS your 3rd offence.

And why do you keep acting like your unban is under my control? Staff will decide whether you can return to Minerealm or not. Besides, if it were up to me, you'd stay banned. I don't trust your promises seeing as you're STILL E-MAILING ME.

It is my second time for being banned because of you though, even if screen shots are from 2 days. So... yeah.
