Anyway, I was actually just about to ban you for xraying, cccmcc. I looked through all of the diamonds you dug today (with UnboundStriker) and they were ALL suspicious. What say you?

Basically this I just accidentally deleted my whole thing so for the sake of time I will just summarize my points. When we mine one of use carries a silk touch pick and mines all the diamonds so if that's why my logs look suspicious then that's why. Secondly I would guess that the logs can tell if someone has a x ray device so you could check that my client is clean I don't even have the new version of optifine installed yet. Lastly I heard that one of the reasons you began to look into me is because we were mining in a pre-mined shaft, as for that we just found it connected to our mine to the wilderness and began to explore it, we found as you already exposed ores so followed to for a while. As I stated in my appeal I have absolutely no reason to x-ray for diamonds, as we have plenty, and I have no reason to want to get banned as I have many new and exciting things to do. I hope we can resolve this in a way that we both are happy I am willing to cooperate fully if it will help my case. I have been on this server a long time and I would hate to have to start over on a whole new server.

P.S.- If you do decided that my acts were horribly illegal and I will never be unbanned then if its possible could my Ender chest and inventory be sent to striker who is basically my part owner of everything.

Okay, here goes. Here is the evidence that I spent a LOT of time collecting... note that I am not differentiating between diamonds that were personally dug by you vs diamonds dug by unboundstriker. However, I noticed that you were pretty much exclusively the one digging out the diamonds.

AREA ONE
This is pretty obvious. Straight clean stone wall, hole in it, diamonds on the other side.


AREA TWO
There were diamonds in the hole directly ahead.

AREA FIVE
There were diamonds at floor-level straight ahead. This one is ALMOST legit, except for the fact that the path was randomly dug by you two off of the main tunnel system.


AREA SIX
There was ONLY stone here. This path was dug by you two, which started just before where I am standing, and ended just after the section dug out. The section dug out only had exposed stone.


AREA SEVEN
Sometimes I'm not lazy and rollback the diamonds for photos.


Before it was dug out. Granted, it was all dirt. The fact that it was dirt makes it less suspicious.

It is pretty much what it sounds like. You moved in a way that shouldn't have happened. It's just another tool we have to help crack down on hacks/exploits (seeing your name does not imply that you are using hacks though).

So it seems you have really done some work to get me banned, as I previously stated I was not x-raying. Now I can most definitely explain a few of these areas but some I cannot. When I go mining I do sometimes make random holes and I some of theses times I do get lucky. As for the diamond issue I'm not sure what reasons you see me to have for x-raying but I assure you there are not any. If it's a problem of the items I will gladly give all of them back or just burn them whatever is the correct procedure if that will help me resolve this. So as for my reasoning.
Area 1
No idea why I dug that maybe I wanted to go that way and then saw something else I don't remember my exact thought process.
Area 2
I like to explore, so being the curious person I am I usually like to explore lava lakes due to the fact I have found many of diamonds around them, in this case I dug around the wall and found a cave and a diamond vain, double win.
Area 3
Once again no real answer comes to mind besides random mining. ( keep in mind im not playing the game with my full attention I am goofing around in Skype and texting at the same time while doing this).
Area 4
This one is quite obvious I dug out the wall to get to the other mine shaft behind it, I think you can see it in the photo. If it helps on the other side there were a few red-stone ores exposed and I think some iron.
Area 5
This one is where we decided to make a cross mine to see how many tunnels are actually dug out the tunnel turned out to be profitable with some Lapis I think so we decided to continue. If I remember correctly the diamond was under some coal or gravel but I do not complete remember.
Area 6
Ya I do not really recognize where this picture was taken in our mining journey but I am sure it circles back to either random digging or some sort of reason but I cannot be sure.
Area 7
This one is easily explainable we were goofing around and I decided to go nuts with my eff 4 shovel, which if you did not know mines that whole vein of dirt in like a second, after the havoc we noticed the diamond and were pleasantly surprised.
Area 8
So for this one striker said he needed some obsidian because we needed to fix a portal in one of our realms I am sure you can trace the location of those obsidian because you will see them used in a portal placed by striker in one of our realms (I could not figure out which one). So as not to waste our time by striker's falling in lava like he always does and losing the obsidian to lava, I uncovered the surrounding area to be safe, and to my luck there were diamonds. Apparently this luck was not that at all but a curse, because we had not gone mining I most likely would not be banned at all right now.

If there is something else I need to do to prove my innocence or even if I have to serve some sort of waiting period until I can play again I will but to permaban me on this would just crush me.

I find it rather amazing that everytime you "goof" there's diamonds right there. If you do x-ray it'd be better to admit it now, your ban time would probably be shorter

I did some checking on the explanations you give, and have some comments regarding them.

I hope you understand that it is nothing personal. The evidence collection was done before the ban, as standard procedure for me. I did not collect it to "get you banned"... I collected it to investigate suspicious mining activity.

I suppose that is possible, but eh. You dug one block above the "ground" level, and there was nothing on the other side. I have attached a screenshot to show you the view from the other side, just in case you were on that side (which I don't think you were).

Actually, Area 6 is like 15 blocks away from area 5. In that cross section you dug, you happened to cross one diamond vein, then dig directly over another, and "randomly" dig down to it?

The fact is I used almost my whole unb. three pick in the process and obviously did not get a diamond every time other wise I would have had stacks of them which I did not get.

You mined 29 diamonds between 7:03 and 7:31 pm. UnboundStriker, who was with you nearly the whole time, mined 31 diamonds between 6:58 and 7:25 pm. Combined, that is 60 diamonds in half an hour. Note, only breaking the ore is counted, not actual diamonds received. This is a rather large amount. Also, from following you guys a little, and from the distance between the ores, a large portion of the time between mining diamonds was actually spent running. Most of the diamonds mined were a minimum of 200 blocks from the previous ones.

Lets take a look at a snippet from the logs that I have access to. I manually color coded them by vein to illustrate my point.

You found a diamond vein with one diamond. Then, thirty seconds later, you find another diamond vein over 100 blocks away. You then travel another ~140 blocks and find a diamond vein, in about a minute of the last one. Also, Y=1?

Since I did not post screenshots of the first two ores listed here, I will go ahead and do that now.

AREA NINE


Okay, there was gravel there. That's something at least.


AREA TEN
The cobblestone was placed by another player. There was iron ore directly behind it.


I am standing where the cobble was. You can see where the diamonds are. The six blocks in front of the diamonds were stone.


Then, the next diamond vein you found, about a minute later, was none-other than area one, where you "randomly" dug and found diamond.

Generally, unban decisions are up to Rokkr, so I imagine he will check this post when he has time and weigh in. Until then, you will have to be patient. You can of course continue to comment on the data that I have presented.
