About Yourself: I enjoy gaming, but Minerealm is actually somewhat special to me. I started late Octobober in 2010, and never looked back on any other servers. I'll be completely honest, I originally heard about Mincraft through one of Team Avolition's videos, and decided to check out the server. I loved it immediately. Good people, excellent builds, and staff that don't abuse there authority. It was great. Over time, I got into Minecraft more heavily, and now its effectively my most pursued hobby, and I can see myself playing it for a few years yet.

Qualifications: This is one area where I might fall short. I have never been a moderator on any other server, save for a close knit community server run by a friend. It never got above 10 people, and is no longer active.

Why I deserve this position: I have no doubts that I am capable of doing this job. I am level-headed, have an exceptional (im my humble opinion) track record here, and am more than capable of conducting myself in a profesional manner. I feel that the server could also benefit from another staff member as I rarely see any staff on during the hours that I am on. More than that, I want this postition. I want to be a larger part of Minerealm, and this seems the path to go.

Availability:I play frequently and for long stretches of time. I am typically on from 12:00p.m. to 6:00p.m. eastern standard, 5 days a week, and there are fewe variations on this.

Anything else you wish to add: I'm not merely saying what you want to here about the server to butter you up (unless it's working). I genuinely care about Minerealm and it's community. I would not have stayed if I didn't.

I definately second this.
Ryu's a great community member, and he's one of the more active players.
Also, there is an obvious gap for one or two new staff members.

I nevr had any problems with him he seems like a nice guy :+)

I'll do this in some form of order.

Good Factors
- Very active community member, both on creative and survival.
- Seems to get along with anyone. I have never seen him argue, or be rude to any other player.
- Literate. I can actually understand what he is writing.
- Level headed. If he does get involved in an argument he considers all the evidence, and not personal opinions of the parties involved.
- Helpful. I have seen him help many players on the server, whether that be telling them where to build, or helping them with and random queries they may have.
- Despite the American timezone, he tends to always be on when other mods are not, and I think that this is what we need the most, in order to complete the hourly drain of creative, etc.
- He has been on the server for a long period of time, and this clearly shows devotion to the server (I don't think how he found the server should count against him at all, as I'm sure that is how many members of the server found it, whether they will admit it or not).

Bad Factors
- I cannot pronounce his first name.

I think that Ryu should definitely be considered for the position, he has been on the server for a long time, knows how it operates, and what is considered acceptable etc, and also understands the way that mods need to act, as I'm sure he has needed them at some point in the past.

For what it's worth, I think Ryu would make a great staff member. The server is in need and he is willing, capable, and active.

I can vouch for this. ryu, you have my support! Hes very helpful, just as well, intelligent, and experienced enough to be a mod. hope I can see that blue tag soon!
