Im pretty good at keeping things under control...i used to have a server set up and had over 2000 hits within the first 2-3 months...had around 15-20 trustable ops also.

This is a borderline ban-worthy Mod Application.
And try doing a correct format next time. And try meeting the requirements.

To be honest, I don't see reason to take any action, considering the link he provides doesn't take you anywhere of significance.
