dude.
3 points.
1. stick to one application, two will get you an automatic reject.
2. it takes months to years of regular, considerate and well behaved playing on the server to gain the trust to be considered for a staff position.
3. your applications, in my personal view, stink. nothing personal, i just think they could do with a heck of a lot of work. perhaps go and check out some of the successful staff applications, like TornadicManiac, VVolfie or Rokkr's
